Company Background:
Leading plastic woven fabric and flexible packaging machine manufacturer in India

Responsibilities:

•Leading and guiding a team of process Engineers
•Developing process design / Validation/ Process Quality Control Systems for new / existing components
•Reviewing existing layouts / designing new layouts and coordination with R & D and manufacturing department for up gradation of existing products/ new products


Candidate Profile:
•Minimum 15 years of experience , preferably heading the process engineering / Vendor Development department of an engineering organization
•Experience in design of machining process / sheet metal components with jigs / fixtures/ gauges along with Process Quality Control sheets ( PQCS) ; selection of cost effective machine tools / equipments (including material handling equipments)
•Should have adequate experience in multi levels of planning with sound analytical and organizing skills
•Should have adequate experience of M/c, assembly/ component Heat Treatments and painting with the usage of latest technology & Processes.
•The incumbent should have good knowledge of industrial engineering techniques which includes time & motion study, OR etc
