Responsibilities:
•Advise on presenting to capital market, investing community the value proposition, future value building opportunities in the technology and engineering competencies being deployed
•Advise on deal structuring, pricing, advice on access, approach in presenting business case to fund providers
•Advise on Governance and creating internal processes

Candidate Profile:
•Extensive insights into lenders and borrowers perspectives on project, non balance sheet financing, equity financing, consortium and syndicate lending opportunities and options
•Knowledge and experience on the financial markets nationally, internationally and various funding instrument and options
