Company Background:
5 billion Euro, global network outsourcing provider offering solutions in Contact Centre Services, Marketing Services and Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities:
•The Head of Human Resources will be a part of the Senior Management Team in India and needs to work closely with the Business Functions in contributing towards realization of budget and strategic objectives
•Coordinate closely with Global HR team for deploying organizational programs and strategies

Candidate Profile:
•Qualified Graduate preferable with a Masters Degree in HRM
•15-18 years of Industry Experience
•Heading HR function for at least 5 years of a small/mid size MNC/Indian company with progressive HR practices with people focus
•Experience in the Services industry, BPO, Marketing or Logistics industry will be an advantage
