Responsibilities
Job Purpose
- The executive would be accountable for creating and building robust systems, processes, talent pipeline and inculcate a high-performance culture in the organization. He/ She would be responsible for leading & driving modern HR interventions in line with the organization goals & business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- To align HR plans with business strategies and provide high level of professional and operational support to business leaders.
- Strategizing and leading people development interventions that includes talent development & engagement, succession planning, etc. and build a corporate culture across businesses.
- Mentoring & coaching talent to overlook their holistic development.
- Leading the performance management process with a focus on consistent implementation and capability building across organization and businesses.
- Setting goals and review processes thereby building and nurturing a high-performance culture.
- Organization Development & Effectiveness; advising on business specific OD interventions.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate key strategies by anticipating Talent Management issues and solutions as appropriate.
- Refining existing systems and processes, and setting up new processes as required.
- Manage end to end compensation and benefits strategy to ensure having market competitive compensation to attract & retain talent. This will also include designing effective rewards and incentives.
- Initiate digitalization across HR function.
- Ensure compliance related to people and manufacturing operations.
- Facilitate the Performance Management System with appropriate goal setting, measurement, and performance linked to KRA’s thereby building and nurturing a high-performance culture.
- Driving the overall HR Strategy for the corporate & site location and ensuring it is aligned with the business plans with respect to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organization development, Performance Management.
- Benchmark HR practices of the organization with the industry standards; continuously identify process improvement and drive best in class HR SOPs.
- Proactively identify and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner that protects the needs of the site to operate in an effective and efficient manner.
- Lead the organization cultural transformation exercise and be a change agent.
- Employer Branding to position the company as an “Employer of Choice”.

Qualification & Experience
- Post-Graduation in Management with specialization in HR with 12 – 15 years experience.
- Ideally must have managed HR for Manufacturing organizations.
- Aspirational and Enthusiastic executive and must have ideally worked with legacy organizations and successfully facilitated transformation HR assignments in terms of legacy, people, culture, and mind-set.
- Age – 35- 40 years.
