Responsibilities
- Ideate, research, and propose new program ideas.
- Identified new potential partners, explore possible partnerships.
- Responsible for frontline fundraising and management of annual fund programs and activities in support of and alignment with the annual business plan.
- Manage multi-channel fundraising campaigns.
- Build and steward relationships with donors and volunteers.
- Supported the finance team and the management with funding forecast for the year.
- Communication Lead; Website and social media content creation and management.
- Provide editorial and content support to the Founders; support in writing and editing reports and other products.
- Organize events, facilitate community meetings and workshops.

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate qualification in Management
