Key Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise B2B sales and key account management across HORECA and corporate verticals.
- Manage end-to-end client lifecycle, ensuring control over consumable sales.
- Execute the go-to-market strategy across Mumbai, Bangalore, and Chennai/Coimbatore, with plans for pan-India expansion.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales execution with brand positioning and the R&D roadmap.
- Set aggressive monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Drive accurate forecasting, sales projections, business planning and performance tracking.
- Lead, mentor, and energize Regional Sales Managers; oversee indirect teams of Cluster, Area, and Territory Sales Managers.
- Establish a performance culture rooted in ownership, speed, and measurable results.
- Ensure rapid deployment and market penetration of the smart vending ecosystem.
- Ensure strong customer retention and recurring revenue from consumables and after-sales engagement.
- Maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts to maximize lifetime value.
- Collaborate with Product and Operations for seamless installation, customer experience, supply chain efficiency, and service uptime.
- Provide market insights to influence product development, pricing, and competitive strategy.

Qualification & Experience
- Age 40 – 45 Years
- Graduate any stream
- 15+ years of experience in B2B or institutional sales.
- Candidates who have handled two or more regions at different stages of their career and are currently Regional Managers demonstrate the aptitude for a national role can be considered.
- Preferred backgrounds include HORECA, food ingredient, FMCG, FMCD
- Experience working in the Northern and Western regions is mandatory.
