Hemen ParekhFounder
Hemen Parekh has thirty years of rich experience with India’s largest engineering Company, Larsen and Toubro Limited. During this period, he held several senior profit center head responsibilities and other leadership roles in HRD, Manufacturing, Exports, and Strategic Planning. His final responsibility at Larsen and Toubro Limited was as General Manager, Planning and Development, and Exports. He has completed many assignments at the CXO level across diverse industry sectors.
Hemen Parekh has a postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas, USA (1958). He has served as a member of the Managing Councils of several engineering colleges and has represented Larsen and Toubro Limited on several professional bodies.
Nirmit ParekhManaging Director & CEO
Often cited as a pioneer in retained executive search, Nirmit Parekh’s over three decades of experience in executive search has predominantly been cross-border. He has successfully identified leaders for large Indian groups, multinational conglomerates, and start-up ventures that, in turn, have created multi-billion-dollar enterprises.
Nirmit has played an active leadership role in the Indian recruitment industry. He was one of the founders of the Executive Recruiters Association (ERA) and assumed responsibility as its Vice Chairman and then Chairman of its Ethics Committee. In 2007, he was elected Chairman of Penrhyn International, a position he held for two years in a row.He has also served on the Global Board of Directors of the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) and continues on its Asia Pacific Board. A strong advocate of entrepreneurship, Nirmit served on the Board of Trustees for The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE). His accolades include being awarded the Chairman’s Award for Penrhyn International for outstanding contribution to the Global Network and having been featured in The Economist edition of “The Global 200 Executive Recruiters”.
Mitchelle ShettyManaging Partner
Mitchelle Shetty has over 26 years of retained search experience, having worked extensively across the entire gamut of the industrial sector across corporate functions and niche leadership roles. Her specialties include CXO hiring, Transition Management, and Allied Talent Service Offerings. She has been associated with 3P Consultants for more than two decades and has immense experience working closely with senior industry business leaders and accomplished professionals.
Mitchelle is a Silver Medallist, having been awarded the Dorothy Baker Award for academic excellence. She earned a Bachelor’s in Social Sciences from Nirmala Niketan. She is an active member of the Nirmala Niketan alumni community, as well as a Panel Member for Skill Development and Affirmative Action with CII, Western Region, and a Member of the Board of Advisors for Social Entrepreneurship.
Pradeep BhallaPrincipal Partner
With 30 years of experience in sales, business development, and retained executive search consulting, Pradeep Bhalla spearheads 3P Consultants NCR operations. A commerce and management graduate from Delhi University, Pradeep Bhalla has additionally attended executive leadership programs at IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.
Before joining 3P Consultants in 2010, Pradeep was associated with a leading international retained search firm as their Senior Vice President. In his earlier career span, Pradeep held multiple roles within his 15 years of tenure with Canon India, and his last responsibility with them was as the Regional Operations Head for North and East India. He then established and ran Adecco’s staffing business as Director of Staffing and Learning, overseeing services in 35 locations across India.

Saurabh has completed a Master’s in Business Management in Marketing from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Yashwantrao Chavan College of Engineering, University of Nagpur. He has over 24 years of experience in Human Resources, Sales, and Business Development in the Energy, Automotive, and Consulting Industries. Saurabh was associated with Suzlon as Vice President, Corporate Human Resources, for almost a decade.
Saurabh was a key member of teams that drove multiple right-sizing initiatives within the organization, resulting in a leaner and more effective organization. Prior to joining Suzlon, he worked with ABC Consultants, Bajaj Auto Ltd., Spaco Carburettors, and Aquarius Engineers.
Sunil PuriPrincipal Partner
Sunil is a Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi 1986 alumnus having completed his B. Tech Mechanical Engineering. Sunil brings in wealth of knowledge and market understanding as a part of his three+ decades career having worked in various roles in the Construction Equipment & Mining Industry.
He has successfully led winning teams at Ingersoll Rand (I) Ltd, Elgi Equipment, Revathi Equipment, Sandvik & Bridgestone India. Sunil’s most recent assignment was with CASE New Holland Construction Equipment India as Managing Director responsible for a 225 Mio $ business & subsequently headed Cost Reduction & Strategic deployment Program Governance for the CE APAC region. Sunil also led the Sustainability mandate in Bridgestone India & has been Program Manager for a greenfield project at Sandvik Asia. Sunil commenced his career with Hindustan Motors in the Product Support Division.
Sunil possesses excellent sales and marketing skills with demonstrated success in exceeding targeted sales goals, developing profitable and productive business relationships, coordinating with decision-makers, and building an extensive client base. Sunil has successfully led cross-functional teams using interactive & motivational leadership during the span of his career. He is well networked within the Engineering sector.
