Key Responsibilities

Customer & Site Management

  • Act as the primary liaison with client site management, ensuring seamless technical, commercial, and operational engagement.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships through consistent communication, responsiveness, and problem-solving.
  • Address client expectations proactively and align organisation service delivery with client performance standards.

KPI & Compliance Oversight

  • Ensure achievement of all client and organisations KPIs and SLAs, including safety, productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Maintain full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
  • Implement systems to monitor and report KPI performance, minimizing penalties and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Drive a culture of accountability and compliance within all site teams.

P&L and Business Management

  • Take full ownership of the complete P&L of the business.
  • Monitor financial performance and optimize resource utilization.
  • Identify new synergies to enhance profitability and overall business performance.
  • Ensure sustained profitability through effective pricing, margin improvements and strategic cost control.

Operational Excellence & Safety Leadership

  • Oversee all operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution in line with organisation and client standards.
  • Enforce strict adherence to QUENSH policies (Quality, Environment, Safety, Health) and internal work instructions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and maintain zero-incident performance across all shutdowns and maintenance activities.
  • Promote safety awareness and proactive risk mitigation across all workforce levels.

Contract Performance & Risk Management

  • Monitor commercial aspects of  the contract, ensuring profitability and alignment with  business objectives.
  • Manage contractual performance, ensuring services are delivered efficiently through optimal use of manpower and resources.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact service delivery, client satisfaction, or commercial outcomes.
  • Drive invoicing, and financial accuracy cost control processes to ensure contract sustainability.

Team Leadership, Training & Resource Planning

  • Lead and mentor business support teams to drive a high-performance culture.
  • Partner with HR for manpower planning, recruitment, and resource deployment for shutdown and maintenance activities. Optimize resource allocation and ensure long-term contract sustainability through strategic workforce planning.
  • Develop strategies for resource optimization, cost control, and long-term contract sustainability.
  • Implement robust training and development programs to build workforce competency and career progression.

Problem-Solving & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Identify operational issues, performance gaps, and risks, and collaborate with both organisation internal teams and client stakeholders to implement corrective actions.

Innovation & Technology Adoption

  • Promote adoption of SMART systems & tools to improve efficiency and performance monitoring.
  • Encourage innovation and new technology initiatives to enhance reliability, cost efficiency, and service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas contracting industry, with minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role, managing maintenance & shutdown contracts.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP / ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
