Key Responsibilities
- Play a central role in building a differentiated, long-term specialty chemicals platform.
- Own end-to-end Sales P&L for global commercial operations & drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Lead geographic and segment expansion across North America, Europe, Middle East, LATAM & Asia building scalable models to support 2.5x growth.
- Oversee direct global key account sales and regional subsidiary teams in different geographies.
- Establish a high-performance culture through clear KPIs, governance & accountability.
- Build and deepen strategic relationships with global key accounts; strengthen long-term contracts & partnerships.
- Convert long-tail customers into stable, high-value accounts and position the company as a preferred technical partner.
- Drive application-led and solution-based selling.
- Work closely with R&D and manufacturing to translate customer needs into differentiated products and customized solutions.
- Define and execute global market entry, branding, positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop industry partnerships, channels & structured market development programs.
- Drive segment-led growth across regions
- Lead commercialization of new products, identify white spaces & accelerate time-to-market for new applications and segments.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Related Discipline (Preferred)
- MBA or equivalent business qualification (Desirable)
- 20-25 years of experience in specialty / performance chemicals.
- Proven leadership of global sales organizations.
- Strong exposure to US, Europe & Middle East markets.
- Experience managing technical / application-based selling.
- Track record of scaling businesses of minimum INR 1,000 Cr+ to next level.
- Experience working with R&D and manufacturing preferred.
