- Graduate/Engineer/Postgraduate with 18+ years of experience in retained executive search preferably across the Industrial / Engineering, Life Sciences / Chemical, Consumer/ FMCG, Infrastructure/EPC, Oil & Gas or Automotive sectors.
- Proven track record in new client acquisition, business development and consistently achieving revenue generation targets.
- A rainmaker with strong relationships across Promoters, Boards, CEOs, Managing Directors, CHROs, and Private Equity investors.
- Demonstrated ability to cross-sell Executive Search, Leadership Advisory, Interim Management and other talent solutions to maximize wallet share.
- Ability to leverage global affiliate networks to originate and execute cross-border search assignments.
- Drive superior search execution by effectively leveraging consultants and research teams.
- Strengthen Key Account Management, enhance client retention and significantly increase revenue from existing accounts.
- Provide clients with strategic market intelligence, sector insights, talent mapping and leadership advisory positioning the firm as a trusted advisor.
- Stay ahead of industry, leadership, and talent trends, translating market intelligence into business opportunities.
- Build the firm’s brand through thought leadership, marketing collaterals, executive networking, thought leadership and social media presence.
- Mentor, coach, and develop high-performing consultants and researchers fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial mindset, commercial acumen and ownership orientation with the ability to build and scale a high-growth practice.
