Job Purpose
- The CEO will lead the organisation through strategic expansion, operational excellence, and financial growth. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will oversee all aspects of company operations, drive profitability, and ensure the company’s long-term success in a competitive market. The CEO will be responsible for P&L management, balance sheet oversight, and increasing overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead long-term strategic planning and execution aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify new business opportunities, emerging technologies, and innovation-led growth areas
- Drive strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A initiatives to accelerate business expansion
- Oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and high-quality standards
- Implement lean manufacturing, automation, and supply chain optimization initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability
- Develop and execute financial strategy to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
- Monitor key financial metrics and drive cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure strong governance through compliance, risk management, and financial controls
- Own P&L, balance sheet performance, and financial forecasting
- Optimize revenue, margins, and overall shareholder value
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Promote an inclusive and high-accountability organizational culture
- Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including customers, partners, and regulators
- Drive revenue growth through market expansion and customer-centric strategies

Qualification & Experience
- Must be a qualified Engineer with 10-15 years of experience in senior leadership roles
- Must be an accomplished CEO / Business Head with full P&L ownership including manufacturing, sales, marketing, HR, Finance and other commercial roles
- Background in capital goods / machinery / heavy engineering industry
- Strong B2B sales orientation (must-have), manufacturing exposure – desirable but not mandatory
- Exposure to European MNC culture (mandatory)
- Preferred age: 40–45 years
