Job Purpose
- This role involves identifying new business opportunities & ensuring successful execution of strategic consulting projects for clients across multiple sectors
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for C-suite engagements, strategy proposals & project delivery
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute a comprehensive and effective business development strategy aligned with the firm’s objectives focused on priority sectors including the startup ecosystem
- Develop actionable solutions with equal focus on solution design and subsequent implementation
- Engage across all levels of clients’ organizations, ensuring buy in and ownership for the solution
- Ability to proactively hunt & build a consulting pipeline revenue of INR 3 – 3.5 cr through new business acquisition over a period of a time
- Farm existing clients to leverage potential business opportunities & increase wallet share
- Responsible for delivery of strategic engagements & client presentations and proposals, devising solution strategies, and offering pre-sales support to aboard and engage potential clients
- Responsible for Lead Generation & developing Account-Centric Growth Strategies; providing financial analysis, market entry strategy, growth strategy, competition assessment, business planning
- Evaluation of market, business performance, strategic and commercial due diligence
- Analyze market trends, competition and client needs to identify new market segments and business opportunities
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with clients through excellent delivery ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualification
- Excellent academic and Professional pedigree; Engineer with Management Degree from a premier institute
- Seasoned strategy professional with overall 12+ years’ experience in strategy consulting across several facets of strategy, performance improvement, organization transformation and M&A advisory
- Age: Late 30’s – mid 40’s
- Experience & knowledge of working across diverse sectors – consumer, automotive, chemicals, engineering, industrial products, infrastructure, and services
- Preference for Executives from the Strategy Consulting domain; however, blend of working in a Corporate and Consulting organizations could also be considered
