Job Purpose


  • The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy to create brand awareness, drive growth, maintain the company’s market leadership and create consumer pull in new categories. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership to navigate the dynamic landscape and connect with the young audience.

Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic Leadership: Revisiting existing brand architecture for existing brands and defining brand positioning. Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy that aligns closely with the company’s overarching goals. This entails thorough market analysis, strategic brand management, and proactive identification of growth opportunities.
  • Brand Development: Drive the evolution of the brand identity, ensuring a consistent and resonant presence across all marketing touchpoints. Utilize consumer insights to forge authentic connections with the target audience, fostering brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Digital Marketing: Spearhead the digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, ecommerce marketing, and online advertising, encompassing SEO/SEM, social media engagement, ecommerce strategies, and online advertising. Additionally, orchestrate PR endeavors to spotlight the company’s innovative products and impactful social contributions.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate closely with the product development team to orchestrate successful product launches and craft compelling marketing campaigns that ignite consumer interest and drive demand.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to gain deep insights into emerging trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability. Mentor team members to unleash their full potential and drive impactful results.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams and external partners and agencies to ensure seamless alignment of brand messaging and flawless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Performance Measurement: Employ a data-driven approach to monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics. Evaluate effectiveness of strategies and campaigns, make informed decisions to optimize outcomes & manage the marketing budget to maximize returns on investment.


Qualification & Experience


  • Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience in the FMCG sector, with a proven track record in brand building & digital marketing.
  • In-depth understanding of the children’s product market and consumer behavior would be an advantage.
