Head Government Business

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceive and build the framework and structure for the government vertical.
  • Responsible for business development planning & setting objectives – both strategic and operational in the areas of distribution channel, customer approval, vendor enlistment, and business acquisition.
  • Develop a business plan for the government vertical phased over the next 3 years.
  • Manage the GeM & CPWD empanelment process.
  • Leverage existing government connections to build a business pipeline in the short term.
  • Identify new business opportunities proactively.
  • Integrate direct and indirect channels in the government business plan.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline. A management degree would be an advantage.
  • 15-20 years of total experience, including 10 years of managing a large government portfolio.
  • Age: 38-42 years.
