Job Purpose
- The Head – International Marketing would be responsible for driving the company’s international business operations and expanding its export market presence across existing and emerging geographies. The incumbent would manage the current export business while developing new markets, building strategic customer relationships, and driving sustainable business growth across target international regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the development of all marketing plans.
- Ensuring the implementation of effective marketing strategies for Domestic and Global Market.
- Identify new export markets, conduct market research, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Reviewing and reporting on all areas of the marketing strategies and their implementation.
- Prepare and verify documentation such as packing lists, Certificates of Origin, and shipping documents.
- Logistics & Order Execution, coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and Customs House Agents (CHA) to ensure timely shipments.
- Manage international enquiries, negotiate deals, and maintain relationships with overseas buyers, agents, and distributors.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, DGFT, customs regulations, and INCOTERMS.
- Collaborating with senior team members across all departments to uncover insights & create innovative marketing & branding strategies.
- Expand the organization’s presence across South & East African markets.
- Establish and grow business presence across Nepal, Bhutan, and Malaysia in subsequent phases.
- Strengthen market intelligence and customer understanding across target geographies.

Educational Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 15 – 20 Years experience in Marketing of Explosives and accessories in Domestic and Global Market and at least 5 years as a Marketing Head.
- Strong experience in handling export operations and international customer relationships.
- Prior exposure to African and South East Asian markets would be advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / science / business or related disciplines. MBA preferred.
