Chief Marketing Officer (Domestic & International Sales)

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a central role in building a differentiated, long-term specialty chemicals platform.
  • Own end-to-end Sales P&L for global commercial operations & drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Lead geographic and segment expansion across North America, Europe, Middle East, LATAM & Asia building scalable models to support 2.5x growth.
  • Oversee direct global key account sales and regional subsidiary teams in different geographies.
  • Establish a high-performance culture through clear KPIs, governance & accountability.
  • Build and deepen strategic relationships with global key accounts; strengthen long-term contracts & partnerships.
  • Convert long-tail customers into stable, high-value accounts and position the company as a preferred technical partner.
  • Drive application-led and solution-based selling.
  • Work closely with R&D and manufacturing to translate customer needs into differentiated products and customized solutions.
  • Define and execute global market entry, branding, positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop industry partnerships, channels & structured market development programs.
  • Drive segment-led growth across regions
  • Lead commercialization of new products, identify white spaces & accelerate time-to-market for new applications and segments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Related Discipline (Preferred)
  • MBA or equivalent business qualification (Desirable)
  • 20-25 years of experience in specialty / performance chemicals.
  • Proven leadership of global sales organizations.
  • Strong exposure to US, Europe & Middle East markets.
  • Experience managing technical / application-based selling.
  • Track record of scaling businesses of minimum INR 1,000 Cr+ to next level.
  • Experience working with R&D and manufacturing preferred.
