Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operations and P&L responsibility for the capacitors division.
  • Develop strategies to achieve the business’s vision, mission and objectives. Prepare annual operating plans that support strategic direction and correlate with the annual operating budget.
  • Develop and monitor strategy & its implementation to ensure long term financial viability & growth of the business.
  • Evaluate division performance and recommend new strategies for product performance improvements.
  • Oversee operations to ensure the highest standards of production efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources.
  • Responsible to expand the business stream into a large business having substantive potential covering Plastic film\Power Correction and Power Electronic Capacitors.
  • Incumbent should be adaptable at application engineering, new product development with an eye on import substitution, accelerated testing\ validation and have the urge to run the manufacturing lines for quality and efficiencies.
  • Able to facilitate a quicker adoption of developed products with the customers through accelerated laboratory tests.
  • Collaborative approaches and have sustainable relationships with the network for the traded segment.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • BE – Electronics, preferably with some qualification in management
  • 20+ years’ experience in working with similar industry in totality including P&L accountability.
  • Age 45-52 yrs
